Webhelp takes stock of a pivotal year for its global expansion and anticipates renewed investment in talent and technology in 2023

PARIS–(BUSINESS WIRE)–Webhelp, a global customer experience leader in the business process outsourcing (BPO) industry, announces it has generated its strongest global growth since its inception this year, with operations now spanning more than 60 countries and with nearly 125,000 employees. Webhelp has also won over 50 industry awards this year, been recognized as a leader in the Gartner Magic Quadrant for Customer Service BPOand achieved industry-leading ratings forGlobal Customer Experience by Analyst Everest Group.

Throughout the year, Webhelp expanded its presence with 24 new sites and six new countries (Thailand, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Ghana, Israel, North Macedonia, China), as well as the opening of 18 additional new sites in existing locations in the United States, Latin America, Asia Pacific and Europe, Middle East and Africa.
