The next OnePlus 11 smartphone will succeed where the iPhone 14 failed

News JVTech The next OnePlus 11 smartphone will succeed where the iPhone 14 failed

The formalization of the OnePlus 11 will take place on January 4 in China, but many rumors and official information tend to show that it should be a very promising smartphone for the start of 2023.

Last year the OnePlus 10 Pro was not the most striking smartphone on the market. Very (too) close to the OnePlus 9 Prothe terminal even managed to be upstaged by the OnePlus 10T released later in the year. But it would seem that in 2023, OnePlus wants to make more of an impression, and it could start as early as January 4 with the formalization of the OnePlus 11.

We already know a lot about the OnePlus 11

First, there are the unofficial OnePlus 11 rumors. presented by OnePlus, they are still very credible.

Thereby, the OnePlus 11 would have a 6.7-inch AMOLED screen refresh rate up to 120Hz. A definition of 3126 x 1440 pixels would be part of it. A proposal that has so far been fairly unsurprising, since it corresponds to a standard high-end offer.

Inside, however, one would find a processor Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 2. The OnePlus 11 would therefore be among the first smartphones on the market to be equipped with it, which will allow it to benefit from ray tracing to the delight of players.

To this would be added 12 or 16 GB of RAM and 256 or 512 GB of storage space. Enough to confirm a high-level configuration. As for the photos, we could count on 50, 48 and 32 megapixel sensors on the back, and on a 16 megapixel sensor for selfies. Finally, the terminal will mark the return of the button Slider Alertsadly absent from the OnePlus 10T.

The return of Hasselblad and an ultra-fast charge at the rendezvous

Regarding the points officially confirmed by OnePlus, we can cite the return of the partnership with Hasselblad regarding the photo part. This is not necessarily a surprise since it has been a tradition for many years, but here is what has the merit of confirming it.

OnePlus also announced that the terminal will be equipped with a “bionic vibration motor”. This should allow the smartphone to offer significantly more powerful vibrations than those of a more traditional engine, a proposition that should especially please mobile gamers who seek maximum immersion.

Finally, on the loading side, OnePlus has confirmed that the OnePlus 11 will be compatible with 100W ultra-fast charging. It’s better than what the OnePlus 10 Pro (80W) offers, but it’s not as good as what the OnePlus 10T (150W) offers. It still remains in the high end of the market.

The OnePlus 11 could arrive on the international market as early as February 7, with a small window of Chinese exclusivity. This is a terminal that we can’t wait to get to grips with!
