All EDF Archipel Guadeloupe services on your mobile – Hub Économie France-Antilles Guadeloupe

Set up in 2017, the EDF DOM&Corse mobile application makes it possible to respond to the majority of customer requests. A local digital service that allows you to gain autonomy and better manage your electricity consumption.

In addition to the physical reception in the agency, the hotline and the online agency via its website, EDF Guadeloupe has developed a mobile application. Downloadable on all devices, Android and Ios, all you have to do is enter an email address, a password and the contract reference appearing on your electricity bill to configure your account.
“The application makes it possible to meet almost all customer needs, for example obtaining a duplicate bill, paying their bill directly and even monitoring changes in their consumption and getting advice on how to reduce it. Indeed, thanks to the “e-balance” service, integrated into the application, customers are supported in better controlling their energy consumption! explains Jacques Nadal, Head of customer service at EDF Archipel Guadeloupe.

An increasingly downloaded application

Easy to use, the EDF DOM&Corse mobile application is used regularly by 54% of customers. “The interest of this application is the reactivity as well as a great opportunity to follow its consumption in real time, argues Jacques Nadal. In addition, warning messages are also sent by the application to inform about work on the electrical network for scheduled power cuts.

Be in control of your electricity consumption

The e-quilibre service, integrated into the EDF DOM&Corse application, allows you to monitor, on a daily or/and monthly basis, your electricity consumption in kilowatts and in euros. “This allows you to become a player in your consumption by testing, for example, the effects of putting your devices on standby”, explains the Head of EDF Archipel Guadeloupe customer service. This service also offers to detail his profile in order to know the average consumption of households identical to his. A didactic way to become more responsible and eventually reduce your electricity bill.

A closer proximity

If the application allows to have a certain number of answers on current steps, Jacques Nadal affirms, that the EDF advisers remain at the disposal of the customers who wish to have more detailed explanations. And, here again, the application has all its advantages by allowing you to make an appointment with an advisor in order to avoid bottlenecks in the branch. In addition, we offer our customers the possibility of limiting their travel thanks to the hotlines that we hold in the CCAS (Communal Centers for Social Action) of the town halls”. Anxious to respond to each request, EDF Archipel Guadeloupe offers a comprehensive service to its customers.

A digital inclusion approach

In partnership with the Region of Guadeloupe, an information bus has been crisscrossing the roads of Guadeloupe since last June. “Each month, we go to several towns, as close as possible to the population, in order to support them in particular in the use of the energy check”, specifies Jacques Nadal. This operation will make it possible in particular to explain how the EDF DOM&Corse mobile application works in order to make each customer more independent. “We would also like to work with associations to fight against digital exclusion by setting up information/training sessions based on local actors, in order to help the population to be more comfortable with the digital” concludes Jacques NADAL.
