In 2021, American heavyweights Amazon, Microsoft and Google captured 80% of the growth in French infrastructure public cloud spending. The 3 providers have captured 80% of market growth in public Cloud system and application infrastructure services with IaaS (Infrastructure as a service) and PaaS (Platform as a service).

An increase in Cloud business of 400 million euros in 2021

This growth represents almost 400 million euros of new business in one year. They leave only 20% for other French, European and global suppliers. This is shown by the study published by Markess. The rest of the suppliers in France weigh 30% of the market

Also according to the study, the other Cloud providers in France, including OVH, IBM, Oracle, Orange Business Services, Scaleway (Iliad group of Xavier Niel), T-Systems or 3D Outscale (Dassault group), together achieved 23% growth and captured a third (29%) of the market.
