The researchers trained a machine learning system using data analysis and natural language processingto determine the components of an experience with a psychedelic drug.

This AI now makes it possible to connect a person’s experiences with the areas of the brain affected by the drug. It is therefore possible to know the specific effects of different parts of the brain under the influence of specific drugs.
